Return & Exchange

Lovelle aims to provide satisfactory service to all our customers. Hence, we do accept exchange if the conditions are met. 

Can I return your item?

  • Yes, you can. All exchanges must be made within 7 working days upon receipt of your order.
  • To be eligible for an exchange or return, all items returned must be in the original condition, unwashed and packed in the clear bag sent.
  • Orders placed using store credit could not be returned.
  • All accessories are not eligible for an exchange.
  • All out of stocks items cannot be exchanged or refunded. 
  • Sales or promotional items cannot be exchanged or returned. Return or exchange is only applicable to regular price item.
  • We reserved the rights to refuse the exchange should the above conditions are not met.

How do I return an item?

  • Indicate your name and order number on the returned package that you will send to us
  • Send your parcel back to us using delivery with tracking number* provided 
  • Returned address: My Mailbox 883965 Singapore 919191
  • All return item will be processed within 14 working days from the date we have received the parcel 

*We strongly encourage that your return mail is sent by delivery with tracking number provided as we will not be liable for any lost mail using non-traceable mailing options. 

How will I receive my refund?

  • We will refund the item amount equivalent to the purchase price of the item (s) returned. 
  • Cash refund is not applicable. We will reimburse as credit voucher and will be issued to your account. 
  • All postage fee incurred will not be refunded. 

Do I need to pay to return my items?

  • There is no service fee charge for the return parcel.
  • The only fee charged is the re-delivery fee incurred. We will deduct S$3.90 from the credit voucher. 
  • All exchange items will be sent back to you back registered mail.
